At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit your request to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the return invoice provided in your confirmation email to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
